Looking after yourself

Life on a show can be busy and demanding. Here are some simple, practical ways to notice how you're doing and keep stress from building up.

Pause for a moment

Take a moment to reflect

  1. Have I eaten and had enough water today?
  2. Have I moved my body recently?
  3. How am I feeling right now?
  4. Who could I talk to if I needed support?

There are no right answers. Just noticing is a good first step.
