We appreciate that life stuff happens and on top of that what a career in the arts can mean for last minute schedule changes. That is why we always aim to work with you when it comes to refunds and cancellations with openness, transparency and empathy.
Courses
We are able to offer full refunds for cancellations made up to 3 weeks before the course start date. If you need to cancel within 3 weeks of the course start date, please reach out to us on info@applauseforthought.co.uk to discuss options.
121 sessions with Practitioners on our Directory
We act only as a signposting directory, please see or ask for their own individual refund and cancellation policies for details. As these practitioners operate independently, their terms may vary.
Free Community Sessions or 121 Support when part of Organisational Support
We kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling your spot on one of our free community group sessions or a 121 check-in via your organisation. As these sessions are free - giving notice helps us open up spots to others who may benefit – thank you!
Talks and Workshops
We can offer a full refund up to 3 weeks before the event, a 50% refund up to 2 weeks before, and unfortunately no refund for cancellations within 2 weeks. If you’ve missed these windows, please still get in touch at info@applauseforthought.co.uk to discuss options.
