Talks and Workshops
With our mantra being ‘Education Equals Prevention’, one of our primary services is delivering talks and workshops that focus on nurturing mental well-being whilst pursuing a career in the arts, for those working both on and off stage/screen.
All our team can create bespoke talks and workshops based on topics and themes you would like covered within the realm of well-being.
An individual practitioner will deliver talks to a maximum of around 30 people at a time. If you have a larger group, we can provide more than one facilitator or alternatively we can deliver the same session to multiple smaller groups.
Our talks and workshops are between 1 to 2 hours long and prices vary from practitioner to practitioner and depend on the duration, whether it is taking place online or in person and amount of prep required.

All our talks and workshops are led by practitioners who possess a rich background in both the performing arts and mental health. This dual expertise ensures that participants not only gain insights into personal wellbeing but also receive an understanding of the specific challenges and dynamics within the industry. Our facilitators are dedicated to creating a supportive environment where creativity and mental health intersect, making these sessions both impactful and relevant.
